  • Can I pick up in-store?
    Of course! Pop into the shop Tuesday-Friday from noon-6 or Saturday noon-4.
  • What payment types do you accept?
    In-store, we take cash and debit/credit. Because we're not currently set up as an online store, if you want to order something via phone or e-mail, we will take PayPal or Venmo.
  • Do you 'pull' comics for customers?
    Yes! We have a membership box where we will 'pull' (hold) comics for you on a monthly basis. There is no charge for this hold; we only ask that you empty it once a month, either by coming to the store or setting up a mailing schedule.
  • Can you get things in that aren't on your site?
    We have a small store and do special orders all the time! While we make no promises, we will do our best to get the item in for you, but don't worry- we will give you a final price before we order so there's no surprises. We cannot ship directly from distributor to you, so there will be a bit of a delay as we wait for it to come to us before we can ship it to you.
  • Do you sell single issues?
    Yes. The reason we don't have them on the site is due to the sheer amount of work involved in listing them! We may get to that in the future, but for now, we're going to focus our online inventory on other things. But feel free to come in and see what singles we have!
  • If my purchase is less than $75, how much do you charge for shipping?
    Shipping charge is dependent upon weight and size and can range anywhere from $5-$15. But be assured, we never inflate the price and charge as close to our cost as possible.
  • Do you offer free shipping?
    We offer free shipping for purchases that total over $75 before taxes and are within the US.
  • Do you ship outside the U.S?
    Unfortunately, the price of shipping is so high that we can't imagine passing that cost onto our customers. So, no. However, if you really, really want something and are willing to pay the exorborant shipping cost, we're more than willing to work with you.
  • My item was damaged in shipping. What do I do?
    Because these situations depend on what the item is, there is no 1 answer for this question. (For instance, how we deal with damaged books will be different from how we deal with damaged toys.) But rest assured, you will get a full refund! It's just a matter of us figuring out what to do with the item. If it must get sent back, we will add the shipping cost to your refund.
